Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Pantheon Postiz (the "App"), a private content scheduling and publishing tool operated by Pantheon Video ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Access

The App is available only to people who have been given an account by Pantheon Video. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Connected accounts

You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. When you connect an account, you authorize the App to publish the content you schedule and to read related statistics on your behalf, within the permissions you approve on the platform's consent screen. You can disconnect an account at any time.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to schedule and publish it where you choose. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights to publish it.

4. Platform rules

You must follow the terms and community guidelines of every platform you publish to, including the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, Meta Terms and the terms of any other connected platform. We may suspend access if the App is used in a way that breaks these rules.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the App to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or spam content, to access accounts without permission, or to interfere with the App or any platform.

6. Availability

We work to keep the App available and publish posts on time, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Platforms may change or limit their APIs, reject posts, or revoke access at any time, which can affect publishing.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Pantheon Video is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for posts that fail, are delayed or are removed by a platform.

8. Ending use

You may stop using the App and ask us to delete your data at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.

10. Governing law and contact
